Directions:
FROM THE NORTH:
Take I-75 South Merge onto I-675 S via exit number 155 toward DOWNTOWN
SAGINAW. Take the TITTABAWASSEE RD exit- exit number 6- toward ZILWAUKEE.
Turn LEFT onto TITTABAWASSEE RD. Synergy Medical North (a.k.a. Generations
Family Care) is less then a mile on your right and is located on the corner
of Tittabawassee and Michigan Avenue.
FROM THE SOUTH:
1-75 North to 1-675 (Take I-75 North to the I-675 Exit(Tittabawassee
Exit #6 towards Zilwaukee). Turn right onto Tittabawassee Rd. Synergy
Medical North (a.k.a. Generations Family Care) is less then a mile down
on your right and is located near the corner of Tittabawassee and Michigan
Avenue.
From I-69 West, take M-13 North (Saginaw Exit). Stay on 13 as it enters Saginaw.
Turn left at Remington Avenue, which is a one-way street heading west. You will
cross the Saginaw River. At the traffic light, turn right onto Michigan Avenue.
Follow Michigan Ave for about 5 miles until you reach
the N. Michigan/Tittabawassee intersection. Turn left on Tittabawassee. SVMCA is located 1/4 mile down on the left, in the Synergy Medical North (a.k.a. - Generations Family Care) building.
